Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. No restocking fees apply to standard items. Custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
