Warranty Coverage

I. Warranty Coverage & Proof of Purchase

Our warranty is valid from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims.

II. Warranty Duration & Scope

All Luxana Home products come with a one (1) year non-transferable warranty unless stated otherwise. Items specifically marketed as commercial-grade also carry a one (1) year non-transferable warranty, regardless of whether they are used in a commercial setting. Final sale and clearance items are covered by a 30-day non-transferable warranty, unless otherwise noted.

III. What the Warranty Covers & Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Normal wear and tear is not covered, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, cuts, stains, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, or deformed filling materials.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, impact, accidents, or misuse.
  • Alterations that modify the original design of the product.
  • Issues resulting from the use of inappropriate cleaning products.
  • Damage caused by using a product outside of its intended purpose (e.g., standing on a chair, jumping on a bed, or using indoor furniture outdoors).
  • Indirect or incidental damages, such as floor scratches or loss of personal items.

IV. Assembly & Handling

For items requiring assembly, special care should be taken. Inspect all parts and hardware before assembly begins. Any claims related to missing or defective parts must be made prior to assembly. Damages caused by assembly errors or mishandling, such as scratches or breakage, are not covered.

V. Resolution Process

Luxana Home will determine the best course of action for valid warranty claims, which may include:

  • Replacement of defective parts at no cost
  • Complimentary repairs
  • Partial or full refunds
  • Exchanges or returns

VI. Legal Rights & Policy Changes

This warranty does not override any consumer rights granted under federal, provincial, or municipal law.

Luxana Home reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Warranty claims will be processed based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
