Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days.

  • Please note that shipping times may be delayed during busy seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the US.

  • For certain regions, White Glove Delivery service is available. This option will appear at checkout if applicable and is available for an additional fee. White Glove Delivery includes in-home setup and placement of your furniture.

  • White Glove Delivery is available for an extra fee, which will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage immediately on site and accept the delivery. Then contact us at Sales@luxanahome.com with the photos and details so we can assist you promptly.

If you haven’t received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
