No Restocking Fees on Standard Items
We’ve eliminated restocking fees on standard items to make your experience as seamless as possible. Simply return the product in resalable condition, along with its original packaging, within 30 days of receiving it — and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note: Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and are therefore subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Each product comes with a care guide. Generally, a soft cloth and mild detergent work well. Avoid harsh chemicals.
